The fine print

- I understand that my name will be used in the 2011 seminar folder and seminar lists required for the administration of the 2011 RYLA seminar.
				
- I understand I have the option not to have my personal particulars published in an address list to be distributed to all awardees at the conclusion of the 2011 RYLA seminar.
				
- I understand when I receive a copy of these contact details they are not to be used for financial or personal gain.
				
- I understand that my consent to publish does not mean that publication will necessarily occur.
				
- I understand that future withdrawal of consent will result in cessation of publication only, NOT RECALL of publications.

-If your application is successful to attend the 2011 RYLA Seminar and for any reason are no longer able to attend, you must provide an email expressing your cancellation to the Secretary before Sunday 2nd January 2011; otherwise a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied and must be paid for by the applicant.
